This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it's used. The website serves Dr. Marium Zaman's medical practice in Barishal, Bangladesh.

Information you give

• Appointment requests: the patient's name, mobile number, an optional email, the chamber, the preferred date and time, and a short reason for the visit.
• Contact messages: your name, mobile number, an optional email and your message.
• Reviews: your name, an optional area and your review. Published reviews show the name and area you enter.

Please don't send detailed medical history, test results or other sensitive health information through the website.

How the information is used

• To contact you about your appointment request or message
• To manage the chamber's schedule
• To publish reviews you submit, after they have been checked

Your information isn't sold or shared for advertising.

Who can see it

Appointment requests and messages can only be seen by authorised chamber staff, through a password-protected admin area.

How long it's kept

[Appointment requests are deleted after 12 months.]

Cookies

The public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. A secure cookie is used only to keep authorised staff signed in to the admin area.

Third-party services

• Google Maps: the map loads only if you choose to show it. Google may then set its own cookies.
• YouTube and Facebook: videos load only when you press play. Those services may then collect data under their own policies.
• Hosting: the website and its database are stored on servers provided by [hosting company name].
